BODY and SOUL
Natasha Powell – artistic director of Holla Jazz (Toronto) – creates a new jazz work, titled Together Again, with 11 students from Performance Dance at The Creative School, *Ryerson University in a two-week isolated residency 'Away to Create', hosted by Orillia Centre for Arts + Culture. The project offers these emerging artists a bridge from their pre-professional training to the professional realm.

*The Standing Strong (Mash Koh Wee Kah Pooh Win) Task Force recently presented a final report to Ryerson’s Board of Governors. The Board approved a motion to accept all 22 recommendations, including the recommendation to rename the university.
